John McCann is an attorney with the law firm of Nirenstein & Horowitz, P.C. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Virginia and his Master of Arts degree in economics from Trinity College in Hartford. He received his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
Attorney McCann is licensed to practice before the courts of the State of Connecticut. He is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys.
Attorney McCann provides to his clients, trust and estate planning, and trust and estate administration services. Formerly, Attorney McCann was an adjunct professor of economics in the State of Connecticut Community College System, and a Commissioner of the Town of Simsbury Zoning Board of Appeals.
Connecticut Estate Planning Attorney Barry D. Horowitz talks to area residents about the importance of proper estate planning. Mr. Horowitz is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, and holds a Master of Law degree in Tax Law from NYU. Mr. Horowitz’s seminars are informative, easy to understand and always free to the public.
He has published a book entitled Guiding Those Left Behind in Connecticut, and has recently debuted his newest book, Estate Planning for What Matters Most: Pass on Your Wisdom and Priceless Moments.
