Barry Horowitz

Larry C. O’Neal is the law firm’s Certified Funding Paralegal. He received his certification March 2022. His career started by serving in the United States Marine Corps as a Military Police Officer. Before joining the firm in February 2009, his worked for 20 years with the Connecticut Department of Correction as a Supervisor. While employed with the Department of Correction, he received his Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Certificate in Supervisory Leadership from Tunxis Community College. Upon his retirement from the Department of Corrections he started his own business as a Real Estate Title Searcher and his Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Branford Hall Career Institute in 2007. Since joining the firm in 2009, Larry has assisted our clients in providing information and guidance with ensuring the estate plans they have created are properly funded with their assets.

Larry is a past Program Director and President of the Central Connecticut Paralegal Association.
