Roger is a Paralegal, having joined the firm in June of 2026. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut in 1988, and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He holds Masterās degrees in Mathematics Education and Educational Leadership from Southern Connecticut State University, and completed 24 graduate credits in Statistics at both Texas A&M and Harvard Universities. He comes to our firm with 1 year of experience in estate planning, after completing a paralegal training program through Duke University.

Roger was born in Rochester, NY and is the son of a long-time Mathematics professor at the University of Connecticut. His mother served for many years as the Senior Vice President of Windham Hospital, in Willimantic, Connecticut. He and his wife Rachael have twin sons; Curtis, who is training as a pilot and Nick, who is a cyber security professional. Roger is a former soccer player, an avid fan of UConn Basketball, Penn State football, the NWSL, and the WSL. His heart is in La Jolla, California where the family enjoys vacationing.
