In May 2023, Diana M. O’Rourke joined Nirenstein, Horowitz & Associates, P.C. as an associate attorney in the trust administration department. Diana has five years of experience practicing in the areas of estate administration, estate planning, and elder law. She is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, where she is part of the Estate & Probate section and the Elder Law section. She is also a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. Diana has been named A Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2024, 2025, and 2026. To be eligible for this honor, an attorney must be either 40 years old or younger or practicing for 10 years or less. Only 2.5 percent of the attorneys in Connecticut are chosen each year for this high honor.
Diana earned her Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law. She holds a Masters’ Degree in Education from St. Joseph College in Standish, Maine and a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, with minors in German and Latin, from Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland.
She resides in Naugatuck with her husband, her five young children and her dog Torin, a German Shepherd. Torin loves running around in the yard, especially in the snow.
