With over 30 years of law firm experience, Veronica joined the firm in 2014 as its Chief Operating Officer.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business and her Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from Eastern Connecticut State University.
Experience
She was the first person to pass the Certified Legal Manager’s examination in Connecticut. She has given numerous presentations to bar associations, the paralegal association and was on the speakers bureau of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). She served as president of the Nutmeg Chapter of the ALA for six years and was Regional Education Chair for the National ALA for several years.
Personal
Veronica is married to Michael, a retired Navy Chief, has two adult children, four grandchildren and a great-grandson. In addition to enjoying her career with NHA, Veronica loves traveling, reading and scrapbooking.
Veronica has a cat named Smokey. Smokey is full of attitude but allows us to share a home with her. About 7 years ago, they found her and her brother (Sparky) when they were a couple of weeks old in an ornamental well. Smokey loves heights and likes to stand guard.
